If after completing Spine you want more depth, there’s limited space for 1:1 work.
You can choose between IGNITE, MOMENTUM or REWIRE.
IGNITE is a single private session that cracks things open and gets you moving instantly, not someday in the future. We meet for about 90 minutes. This session can stand alone or be your starting point. The price is 225 euro excluding VAT/BTW.
MOMENTUM is a six week run for traction. We begin with a longer session to set the spine, then two shorter sessions to anchor change in daily life. It feels like play, not like work, when you begin to recognize how it FEELS to be navigating a field of possibility instead of a minefield of problems. The price is 450 euro excluding VAT/BTW.
REWIRE is a three month season for real repatterning. We start with a longer intake, then four shorter sessions with space to integrate. Same format, deep anchoring. With you doing THE work while looking forward to every session. Because deep work can feel like play. We meet, you integrate, you come back ready for the next shift. The price is 700 euro excluding VAT/BTW.
Payment is due at booking. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance; with less notice the session is counted. No refunds once we start.

Before we started working together, I felt like I was constantly holding myself back. I’d done a lot of inner work over the years: therapy, self-reflection, digging through the past. And I understood where my patterns came from. But despite all that insight, I couldn’t seem to break through and really move forward. I had the puzzle pieces, but I wasn’t living the picture.
What made me say yes was the deep trust I already had in Annemarijn, even before she started offering this kind of work. So saying yes was easy and very exciting. It felt like the right next step in my search for more meaning, magic and energy in life.

For years, I walked the path of animal osteopathy: not as a profession, but as a way of being.
It was never about fixing bodies. It was about presence. The silent communication that happens when language is no longer needed. Animals taught me how to read what’s invisible, how to trust what I feel, how to live close to the earth and even closer to truth.Before that, I spent over 15 years in human physiotherapy. It was meaningful work, but the pace was relentless, the systems were tight, and my intuition was not fully allowed to have a seat at the table. Something in me knew: this isn’t where I’m meant to stay. I needed more freedom, more time, more depth. To work with the whole being, not just the injury. To feel what moves underneath the surface. To follow life, not manage it. And so I switched to osteopathy for animals. It felt free and it felt like home.
Along the way, I also became a mother. That changed everything.
Motherhood cracked me open in ways I couldn’t have prepared for, in its beauty, its wildness, its relentlessness, and its ache. I am raising teenagers in this wild times to be alive, I’ve navigated sleepless nights and soul-stretching days, and I’ve stood in the fire of love that asks everything and gives everything back.And I’ve also known the depth of loss that only a mother knows. I’ve held death in my arms and walked through a kind of silence that doesn’t have words. With empty arms, an empty womb and a body that was at its height of preparedness for a new child. That experience of deep despair and grief lives in my body. Not as pain I carry, but as the medicine I became. It taught me how to be with what hurts, without needing to fix it. How to stay. How to feel. How to trust life, even when it breaks you open. To see the beauty, joy and wonder of it all, even in pain.
I’ve had to stand for myself, my truth, and my children, again and again, in systems that don’t allow for nuance, expansion, or soul. I’ve spoken truth in places where silence was expected. I’ve refused to shrink, even when it cost me comfort. And I’ve chosen again and again to root deeper into my own truth instead of backing down.
Because for me, this work, this life, is about living fully in your body. Feeling deeply. Being wildly, unapologetically here.
Not bypassing. Not floating above. But dropping in. All the way.
Embodiment not as a buzzword, but as a way of relating to the world, from the ground and from Source. At the same time.What I offer now can’t be titled or contained. It’s not a step-by-step process. It’s a field. A resonance. A frequency you enter, where things begin to shift. Fast, deep and real.
